Our guide arrived on time at the hotel speaking no English. Thanks to the hotel receptionist who translated told me he came to pick up 6 people (out booking was for 14 including infants) with my booking reference. I tried telling him I'd booked for 14 showing him my printout with all the detail. He walked away in his phone and to be honest I never saw him again. I called the number on my booking and spoke to a women who was very helpful.... she arranged for a pickup van which arrived an hour and 30 minutes late... from there on wards we had no tour guide. We reached the park to be welcomed by a guide who spoke no english. He got us ticket only for the aqua park n not the lion park and crocodile park further delaying ot experience.. the little time we had at the facilities was amazing however the lack of time due to issue ruined the experience. It's a good thing I printed the information before hand and i was able to call along the way with the issues faced
