Private Western Turkey Tour - 5 Days From Istanbul

Day 1: Istanbul-Canakkale

– Departure from Istanbul and approximately 5 hours driving to Troy; visit The ancient city of Troy; (Possible to add Galiboli Warfield area)and 1h driving to Assos visit the Temple of Athena and ancient city of Assos overnight stay in Assos.

Day 2: Canakkale-Kusadası

– Departure from Assos and 3 hours driving to Bergama; visit the Acropolis of Pergamon; and Asclepion ; one of the first hospitals of the World. After the tour 3 hours transfer to Kusadasi and overnight stay

Day 3: Ephesus Tour
-Visit the ancient city of Ephesus, The house of Virgin Mary and the Temple of Artemis. Overnight in Kusadası

Day 4: Priene-Miletos-Didyma
-Travel to the Ionic city of Priene, the well-designed Greco-Roman city and the best preserved Hellenistic theater in Turkey to visit the newly excavated remains of a synagogue in the west residential district. Then visit the Temple of Apollo at Didyma and then continue to the great Ionian port of Miletus, and then visit the newly excavated remains of a synagogue. Return to Kusadası and overnight stay.

Day 7: Kusadası-Pamukkale

– Departure from Kusadasi and 2 and half hour driving to Aphrodisias, the city of Aphrodite; after you visit this well preserved ancient city, you will drive 1 more hour to Pamukkale; during Pamukkale and Hierapolis sightseeing, you will have chance to swim in the ancient pool where Cleopatra swam during her visit to this ancient site; transfer to Denizli airport for Istanbul flight.
