The organisation, flexibility and interest on this tour was amazing. All pickups were smooth, and our requests such as for a time to be at Taj Mahal 6.00am or upgrading hotel were easily met. When we didn't want to eat lunch an alternative was quickly sorted a pot of in a cool hotel. Our guide and driver where brilliant, knowledgeable, and in crazy Agra driving, very clam and capable. Only criticism why it didn't get 5 stars we were taken to City Art, i.e. A demo of carpet making, or marble work and then a hard sell to buy something and they were REALLY not cheap. If we believed the patter about 20 families working on making the goods, and one smalll plate or carpet took two men two months to make, there was millions of years work in the sales room. We did buy nice souvenirs, but obviously paid over the odds. A cool sales room and cold drink after the heat of the day mellowed our mood. However overall, if you can just say no to salesmen, or want to buy expensive momentous, this trip was brilliant, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
