Middle Eastern Cooking & Meal Over the Beautiful Judean Desert

The class will cook a large meal together and then eat it on a porch overlooking the beautiful Judean Desert. Partipants will learn how to cook traditional Israeli dishes such as tabouli and stuffed grape leaves. The class is also a deep cultural experience, rich with insights into Jewish traditions and the culture of the Yemenite Jewish community.
