About this activity
You will be picked up from your Johannesburg, Pretoria Hotels or OR Tambo International Airport by a professional guide/driver at 6 am
for a 2 hour drive to Pilanesberg National Park. The relatively small size of the park, and its unusual ecological richness, dramatically increase your chance of encountering the Big 5 in their natural environment.
Your morning Safari drive will begin as soon as you enter the park. Your driver/guide will use their knowledge to navigate through the park, hitting different roads, trails and visiting various water holes to maximize your chance of seeing illusive animals such as leopards, cheetahs, lions and hyenas.
Duration of the morning drive will be about 3 hours with stops for restrooms, refreshments and to stretch legs. There will be an hour lunch break ( lunch and soft drik included on the price), which will be followed by a tour of Suncity Resorts and Casino. After a brief tour of Suncity the driver/guide will patiently wait as you try your luck on SLOT MACHINES, HAVE A FEW DRINKS, EXPLORE THE RESORT FURTHER, etc.
Departure back to Johannesburg or Pretoria will be DECIDED BY YOU, but it should not be later than 6 pm.
