Would recommend this tour. Crew knew where to locate whales. Privileged to be in such close proximity to the whales.
Vessel was great and yes definitely saw whales but not close enough to take photos with an amateur camera or phone and would have loved more time on the water as once you catch the bus there is Little time on the water. We did see a calf with 2 adults so worth the trip.
Lauren, Matt and Sarah took great care of us and provided plenty of actio. The boat is comfortable and gets to the action spots fast. Our luck was good, we even got to see Sasha the humpback whale do a breech for us! A friend from the cruise ship told us later that she was on one of the smaller boats for the more "intimate" experience - they were in the same place as we during Sasha's jump. She said her tour was less comfortable, and they all missed seeing Sasha's breech. Book this tour if you want a great wildlife experience :-)
Had an awesome trip a juvenile whale put on a show for over 5 minutes and mom jumped in too at one point. Crew was knowledgeable and very informative.
