Effortless pick up from the cruise ship, Maria our guide was so friendly, very informative and to the point. Arrived at the locations before the big cruise ship groups got there which was the best. An intimate group made it nice. Highly reccomend!
Just a fabulous tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out unknown facts for many of the sites we visited. Excellent. Highly recommend.
This was a great way to see the sights of Athens without waiting in the ridiculous line!! The bus picked us up right from the cruise line I would recommend calling the company because our email said to meet at 8, but when we got there she said it was supposed to be 7:30. Then we made the drive to the Parthenon area where we skipped a massive line. We then walked to the town of Plakka with a great lunch and lots of shopping. It was a good amount of time to eat and mosey around a bit. The food we had that day was one of my favorites. Then we walked to the Agora. Our guide was great through all of this with tons of interesting information. Some guides just ramble about nothing, but ours was awesome and super interesting. The bus then picked us up and took us back. Let me emphasize how massive of a line we skipped, please do this!
Thank you Viator for an amazing experience. We had a small group which made it the whole experience a lot better. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice.
Our tour guide Irene is very knowledgeable and well organized. She provides us very informative history about Athens with pictures and others materials in her own guide book. Highly recommended!
The small size of the group was really nice, however the guide gave way too much detail and talked so much that we had to do a quick walk by on some attractions because we were running late. We also had no time for any shopping, though we twice walked thru a really nice and large shopping area.
our guide was just great....she was very knowledgeable. We had 6 in our group, all family, and it was just great to have such special treatment. She made sure we were not rushed and we were able to take the necessary time climbing up to some of the monuments, we were perfectly timed to see the changing of the guards at Parliament too....a must see. she also suggested an incredible restaurant for lunch, great food and way too much! Our drive gets many kudos for his ability to get around Athens without incident - a crazy place for driving and a skill that is required.....he was wonderful!!!! It was a great tour, and would recommend to anyone wanting to see as much of Athens as possible.
