- Snacks - Cream filled, warm Bougatsa, fresh kalamata olives, sweet halva, koulouri bread with seseme, lots and lots of seasonal fruit direct from the local fields, sheeps cheese and cured meats from a deli.
- Lunch - Beautiful Greek salad with colourful fava beans and fresh fish direct from the market, creamy feta cheese, Delicous souvlaki gyros - a soft pitta crammed with meat, tsatsiki, tomatoes,onions, potatos
- Alcoholic Beverages - Locally made wine from the barrel - fruity and with a little woody taste, served chilled. Ouzo from Lesbos island - the most traditional and highest quality of Ouzo we have

Our guide was fantastic! An easy walk, great food and an awesome experience. She took us onto the back streets of the old town, explained a lot of the history and let us try very different foods. I loved this tour. It was one of the highlights of our visit to Athens.
