Have an early breakfast, make sure you pack your jungle gears and be transferred by our driver to the park headquarters (with packed lunch) for briefing on how to behave while with Gorillas. Gorilla tracking time ranges between 2-9 hours depending on their movement. Tracking goes through steep rocks, climbing up and down through slippery and muddy jungle grounds, thus making it tiresome. Descend to your hotel for a rest. After having a rest, go for a cultural walk in nearby communities of Batwa (Pygmies) where you will visit local schools and be entertained in some of the cultural dance of the community, visit local doctors and experience the local brew.
