Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Welcome in Nepal! Upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport, your driver is waiting for you outside the terminal. From here you will be welcomed in this beautiful country, and transferred to your hotel in Thamel, the tourist area of Kathmandu. Here you can take a rest, and explore the area on your own.

Day 2: full day private sightseeing in Kathmandu

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Your first stop today will be the magical Kathmandu Durbar Square. Here you find many old temples that characterize Kathmandu.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Swayambhunath Temple, Swayamhu Circle Road, Kathmandu 44620 Nepal
Swayambhunath temple is also known as "Monkey Temple". This temple is located on the top of a hill, with the large stupa as main attraction. The stupa is reachable from two sides. Either by a long flight of stairs, or from the backside by road.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Boudhanath Stupa is the largest, and most important stupa in Nepal. Wander around at this magical location and behold buddhists from all over the world praying. Enjoy a refreshment or lunch at one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the stupa. Learn about the history of this place from your local tour guide.

Stop At: Pashupatinath Temple, Pashupati Nath Road, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Pashupatinath is the most holy temple in Kathmandu for the Hindu religion. This temple is located along the river, where many open-air cremation ceremonies take place.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 3: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park by private car

Stop At: Sauraha Tharu Culture House, Sauraha Road Chitwan National Park, Sauraha 44200 Nepal
Nepal's most famous national park is home of a wide range of wildlife. Rhino's, Tigers, Leopards, many different bird species, and elephants are just a small range of what you can spot in this park. The area is also well known for the Tharu culture.

In the evening, you will visit a show of traditional Tharu songs and dances, including the popular stick dance. This show is an introduction to the Tharu culture, and Chitwan national park.

Local village to learn about the Tharu culture and villagers.

Day 4: Chitwan half-day jungle safari

Stop At: Chitwan National Park, Main street Hatti Chwok, Sauraha 44200 Nepal
The jungle jeep safari will take you deep into the jungle of Chitwan National Park to find one of it's many wild animals. Exploring the jungle by jeep, is the best way to spot wild rhino's, elephants, deer, and if you are lucky, a tiger.

Day 5: Chitwan to Lumbini and sightseeing in Lumbini by private car

Stop At: Lumbini Monastic Site, Taulihawa Road, Lumbini 32914 Nepal
In the morning, you will move to Lumbini. Upon arrival in Lumbini your local guide will show you around the many temples and special places of Lumbini. The highlight of this tour is the birthplace of Buddha.

Day 6: Lumbini to Pokhara by private car

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700 Nepal
In the morning you will move from Lumbini to Pokhara by transport. Your next destination, Pokhara, is famous for its relax vibe and entrance to the Annapurna region of the Himalaya range. Once you have arrived in Pokhara, you will have free time in the afternoon to explore the lake side (tourist area) of Pokhara. Here you find many bars, restaurants, and a great view over the famous Fewa Lake.

Day 7: Full day private sightseeing in Pokhara

Stop At: North East of Town Sarangkot, Pokhara 33411 Nepal
In the very early morning, you will head towards Sarangkot. The breathtaking view over the Himalaya mountains are the decor for the sunrise, and an introduction to some of 8000+ meter high mountains. After the sunrise, it is time for breakfast at your hotel.

Stop At: World Peace Pagoda, Rupandehi, Lumbini 32914 Nepal
The world peace pagoda is located on a hill overlooking the Fewa lake, the Himalaya mountains and Pokhara lake-side. Enjoy the great view, and peaceful atmosphere at this temple.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: International Mountain Museum, Rato Pairo, Pokhara 33411 Nepal
The International Mountain Museum is the place to learn about Nepal's famous mountaineering industry. It features a great exhibition of Nepal's famous mountain peaks and famous climbers.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Devi's Fall, Siddhartha Highway, Pokhara 33700 Nepal
This waterfall is a famous spot for tourists and locals. The waterfall continues underground which makes it a unique place to visit.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Pokhara 33700, Nepal
This holy cave is located across the street of the waterfall. Inside you find a large stalagmite worshipped as a Shiva lingam.
Duration: 45 minutes

Day 8: Pokhara to Kathmandu via Bandipur by private car

Stop At: Bandipur bazar, Dumre-Bandipur Rd, Bandipur 33904, Nepal
Today it is time to drive back to Kathmandu, for your final days in Nepal. After 3,5 hours driving, we will make a stop of around 1 hour to explore Bandipur which is a beautiful old town. After lunch (at own expense) we continue to Kathmandu.

Day 9: Full day private sightseeing in Bhaktapur

Stop At: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur 00977-1-4701148 Nepal
During your last day in Nepal, you will visit the city of Bhaktapur. The first stop during this sightseeing tour is Bhaptakur Durbar Square, together with Kathmandu and Patan, one of the three "King squares" in the Kathmandu valley.

Day 10: Departure day
