Day 5: Namche to Dole (4038m)

Day 6: Dole to Machhermo (4465 m)

Day 7: Machhermo to Gokyo (4720 m)

Day 8: Gokyo-Gokyo Ri (5360 m)

Day 9: Gokyo to Dole ( 4038 m)

Day 10: Dole to Namche ( 3446 m)

Day 11: Namche to Lukla (2827 m)

Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu

This trek includes the visits to Namche (3446 m) and Tengboche and adds an incredible hike to Gokyo lake. This trek gives you plenty of beautiful views of Everest and other nearby giants. The Gokyo lake area is surrounded by mountainous valleys, alpine lakes, and numerous glaciers.

This trek is less crowded than others in the Everest region and takes 12 14days to complete including travel to and from Kathmandu. This moderate to difficult trek reaches a high of 5000 meters.

Gokyo Lake is situated in Sagarmatha National Park at the altitudes of between 4700m to 5,000m, making them some of the world’s highest freshwater lakes. Gokyo Lake is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest Himalayas, following the high route pass of Cho La (5330m) into the Base Camp of Mount Everest which offers the panoramic views over the turquoise lakes with 8,000m-plus peaks in the background is a pretty unforgettable experience.
