Day D-3: Orientation on “Conscious Tourism” held in Kathmandu.

Day 1: Departure from Kathmandu to Kuri Village, Kalinchowk (3500M)

Day 2: Trek begins. Camp at Thingsang-La (3500M)

Day 3: Trek continues. Camp at Junegyap (3598M)

Day 4: Trek continues. Camp at Pindu Kharka (2926M)

Day 5: Trek ends at Bigu Village (2200M). Village stay.

Day 6: Village exploration.

Day 7: Village exploration. Departure for Kathmandu.
