On 29 May, 1953, Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay made the first successful summit of Mount Everest. Since then thousands of trekkers have been experiencing, the famous trek route in order to fulfill their desire of, at least once in their life, to be at this mesmerizing place.
Trekkers usually fly from Kathmandu to Lukla to save time and energy before beginning the trek to Everest base camp. However, trekking to Lukla is possible. There are no roads from Kathmandu to Lukla and as a result, the only method of transporting large and heavy goods is by plane.
Everest Base Camp Trekking requires the permit from the Nepalese government. Such permits must be arranged via travel companies in Nepal. Adventure White Himalaya arranges all the required permits on behalf of the trekkers. So, no any trekkers have to worry about the permits. We have designed Everest Base Camp Trekking for 15 days that includes the trek up to Kalapathar (5, 545m), which is known to be the best view point to view the sunrise over Mt.
