About this activity

You will be picked up from the airport or from your hotel by your tour guide between 5:00am and 6:00am.

From there, you will be driven to the mountains and prepare for your mountain flight by 7.00am. You will be able to see the Himalayan Range including Mount Everest. Learn and marvel at the stunning view from the comfort of the plane.

At about 8.00am, make a stop at a local restaurant for breakfast (at your own cost). After breakfast, prepare to relax your muscles with a rejuvenating Ayurvedic Massage. The Ayurvedic Massage will take about 90 minutes of pure pleasure which includes Head and Shoulder Massage, Shirodhara, Body Massage and Reflexology.

For the massage, oils and herbs are selected based on your specific needs; hence, each treatment is highly customized. The benefits of Ayurvedic Massage includes vitality, stress reduction and relaxation. You may also feel a renewed sense of spiritual connection and inner peace after this massage.

After your massage, end your half day tour and depart back to the airport or hotel.
