Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival

Pass By: Tribhuvan International Airport, Ring Rd, काठमाडौँ 44600, Nepal
While entering the border of Nepal, you will be welcomed with plain Terai and everlasting green hills. The Himalayas at the horizon will be smiling over your arrival in Nepal. After clearing custom, you will be welcomed by our representative and transfer to hotel as assigned

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Stop At: Pashupatinath Temple, Pashupati Nath Road, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Visit to one of the holiest Hindu temple in the world. This UNESCO site is one of the major sightseeing option in Kathmandu.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Visit Boudhanath Stupe- the largest stupa in Nepal and explore the local area.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Swayambhu Maha Chaitya, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
Visit the famous Monkey Temple in Kathmandu where you can see the monkey parading in the streets and surrounding areas of the stupa.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
The ancient medieval wonders of Kathmandu Valley. Explore the area and get enlightened with appealing wood crafting and architecture.

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara

Pass By: Chandragiri Hills, Thankot, Kathmandu 44619 Nepal
After having breakfast, we drive to Pokhara. We enjoy the view of gurgling Trishuli River and the rafting activities being carried at the river (summer). We pass through typical market areas and stop over enroute to have a lunch and take rest for a while. Enjoying the natural landscape, the mountain village, local market, the rivers and the valley, we reach to Pokhara, one of the most beautiful city of Nepal. Pokhara is blessed with beauty, natural wonders and the people friendly behaviours. The valley is watched over by Mt Annapurna and Mt Machhapuchre. Evening at rest and explore lakeside.

Day 4: Drive Pokhara to Nayapul. Trek to Tikhedhunga

Pass By: Nayapul Trekking Starting Point, Baglung Rajmarg, Salyan 33400, Nepal
After early morning breakfast at Pokhara, we drive to Nayapul – the starting point for our trek. The trek start with easy walk crossing the bridge, entering the village and walking along the Modi River. The road to Tikhedhunga is accessible with dusty road. But we will walk and reach Tikhedhunga. Take rest and enjoy the first day of the trek.

Day 5: Trek Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

Pass By: Ghorepani Community hospital, Poon Hill Marga, Ghode Pani 33200, Nepal
The trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani will be comparatively more difficult and strenuous than yesterday. We have to climb the uphill of Ulleri. The slow and gentle accent, we will reach to Ghorepani. Enroute, we might encounter wild animal and birds as we are passing through Rhododendron forest trails, the water stream while passing through the forest will the spot to take photo and rest for a while and appreciate the moments. The Rhododendron forest open up and settlement appear. That’s Ghorepani. Ghorepani is a settlement just below Poonhill which used to be the place for shepherds to let their horse drink water.

Day 6: Trek Ghorepani to Dobato

Stop At: Poon Hill, Pokhara Nepal
The very early morning at dawn, we trek to Poonhill about 45 minutes. Poonhill is famous view point for sunrise. This is major touristic destination for trekkers who trek in Annapurna region. As the sunrays kisses the Annapurna and Hiuchuli, you will be indulged in the moments of happiness. Capture the moments and we return to Ghorepani . Our trek to Dobato starts after having breakfast. We leave the main trail and start our exciting journey to remote area of Annapurna region. The trail passes to rhododendron forest and crosses beautiful mountain villages. Enroute, we will see wild flowers, plants and animals. As the trek ascend you reach the northern ridgeline and the view opens up with stunning Annapurna South Massifs. Mesmerizing the natural beauty on the way, we reach to Dobato – a remote settlement in Annapurna region. If you have stamina, we climb up to Muldai View point for sunset – its worth hiking up.

Day 7: Trek Dobato to Ghandruk

Pass By: Old Gurung Museum, 5 Kaski, Ghandruk Nepal
At dawn, we hike for an hour for the best sunrise view over the Annapurna South. This is the main highlights of the trek. If you miss this view, you will be missing the main essence of this trek. After sunrise view, we trek down to Dobato and have breakfast. We trek down to Tadapani and have lunch over. The trail to Ghandruk is easy and merry one. Ghandruk is a Gurung settlement famous for the Gurung culture and their hospitality. You can explore the village and visit Gurung museum too. Enjoy the great view of Mt Macchapuchre and Hiuchuli from the village

Day 8: Trek Ghandruk to Nayapul. Back to Pokhara

Pass By: Nayapul Trekking Starting Point, Baglung Rajmarg, Salyan 33400, Nepal
Looking back the beautiful backdrop of Mt Macchapuchre and Hiuchuli,the trail descend from Ghandruk. Indulging over the week long memories and having happy face we reach Nayapul. From Nayapul, we drive to Pokhara and rest day afterwards.

Day 9: Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu

Pass By: Pokhara Airport, Pokhara 33700, Nepal
Retracing same route, we drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and proceed with Check-In procedure. Rest day for exploring or spending private time.

Day 10: Departure

Pass By: Tribhuvan International Airport, Ring Rd, काठमाडौँ 44600, Nepal
Enjoy your final day at Kathmandu. Free till final departure. Transfer to airport 3 hours prior to the flight scheduled.

  • The accommodation during the trek will be on basic hotel/lodge/guesthouse. The room will be on sharing basis. Although Single Supplement will be provided on request, it will be difficult to get the single room with the increase in the elevation. During peak season, there will be problem of accommodation, we suggest you to carry own sleeping bags too.
  • The meal during the trek will simple and authentic Nepalese style. You can also enjoy the basic International cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.). The breakfast and the dinner will be served at the lodge where you are staying overnight and the lunch will be served on the way. All the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be included in the package.
  • The trek is comparatively easy trek as you will be ascending to elevation slowly while taking rest. It is not necessary your body condition should be in top notched but the trek will be easier and successful if you could walk 5-6 hours per day. To have the stabilized stamina, attitude and determination you can have a week long walking practice prior to your trek day. If you have any critical problems like heart diseases, blood cancer, lungs problem and other life threatening diseases please consult your doctor before trekking and take necessary measure. You have to inform any kind of such complication to Let’s Trip Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. as well.
  • The best time to visit Ghorepani – Muldai Hill trek will be in Autumn (September – November) and Spring (March – May). This is the best time to explore the unexplored terrain as the climatic condition is favorable. The weather will warm, clean and sunny with incredible view of mountains and hills at the horizon. You will walking above the clouds at some places. The winter season (December – February) will favorable for those trekkers who wants to avoid overcrowding and love peace environment with good trekking experience. The summer/monsoon season (June – August) will favorable for those nature lover who wish to explore mountain vegetation and see some the wildings.
