Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to Idex Nepal Accommodation.

Day 2: Meeting and Orientation
Stop At: Kathmandu Fun Valley, Chitapol-6, Palanse, Bhaktapur 44800 Nepal
Welcome meeting and orientation. Discussions & presentations on: Nepal & its Culture, Exciting Opportunities with Idex, Social Development and the role of volunteers, How to do volunteer work, Project introduction, Cultural Responsibility, Personal Safety & Code of Conducts. Yoga sessions. Local cooking demonstrations. “Henna” workshop. Visit of local markets. Dinner with the local host family. Workshop on Nepalese clothing.

Day 3: Yoga session
