About this activity
Poon Hill Panorama Trek is more often known as the introductory trek to the Annapurna region of Nepal. Blessed with sky-high mountain peaks and a perfect combination of green and arid lands, the Annapurna region is the most visited region in Nepal. The Poon Hill panorama trek is a perfect opportunity to take a sneak peek into the dramatic wonders of this region, that too in the duration of a mere 6 days Kathmandu to Kathmandu.
As the name suggests, the highest point and the most important portion of the trek is the Poon Hill. Poon Hill is regarded to be one of the most scenic viewpoints in Nepal. With the views of the sun rising and shining over the snow clad tops of Annapurna I, Gangapurna, Dhaulagiri, Macchapucchre and other peaks, you are surely set to be allured into the beauty of nature and wish for more. Pack your bags and leave now. For the Poon Hill panorama trek is certainly something that offers you a lot more in less time.
Walk through areas untouched by the waves of modernization and urbanization, and talk to the local inhabitants on the way. Enjoy a cup of hot coffee over the otherwise cold Poon Hill and capture the memories of the trek in the canvas of your hearts and your photographs.
