Day 01: Begin rickshaw ride from Thamel
You will begin guided ride from Thamel, where you will meet your guide and driver. You hop on Rickshaw whose elevated seat will provide clear view. As Rickshaw’s pedal starts, you will see colorful arts, restaurants, and hotels around Thamel. You will encounter busy market place Asan as you navigate narrow lanes towards Durbar Square. Asan is the busy and oldest food market in Kathmandu. You can see varieties of spices and vegetables, before arriving at the ancient shrines, temples and palaces of Durbar Square.
Day 01: Sightseeing at Kathmandu Durbar Square
Upon reaching Kathmandu Durbar Square, you can have glimpses of architectures, temples and shrines made during 18th – 19th century. You can seat back and relax watching pedestrian passing buy, markets around streets and enjoying ride in streets of Kathmandu. As you reach Durbar Square, you can hop off your rickshaw to wander on foot. You can observe mesmerizing evening lights as it silhouettes the city’s temples.
You can enjoy sepcial "Lassi", sweet drink made of curd on your way. It will refresh you and make your journey even better. Furthermore, you can warm yourself up with a cup of tea at Basantapur. If you are fan of local rakshi (a local Nepalese alcohol), you can warm up your belly with a glass of rakshi from a local food vendor or pub.

Day 01: Departure to Thamel
After sightseeing, if you feel you are hungry, you can stop by restaurant and enjoy the meal or you can also try food from local street vendors. Your guide can provide you detail information about the places you visit and local food including drinks. After exploring Durbar Square, you hop back aboard your rickshaw and make your way back to your original departure point.
