Your guide for the evening will be ready at around 18:00 hrs at your hotel in downtown Kota Kinabalu. It is a short ride from there to one of the thriving centers of the city, once the sun has set. A pulsating vibe of buying, selling and some haggling emerges as soon as you open the doors of your vehicle with stalls filling up the street. We head up to the city’s most visited vantage points, commanding astounding views all across the city and the islands off the coast. Signal Hill’s observation deck offers amazing views from its almost UFO-shaped platforms. The hill used to be a signalling station for arriving and departing ships and being the highest point of the city, one can assure that the views will be quite the drive up.
