The representative street promenade located in the centre of Zakopane, constantly bustling, vibrant with life, full of tourists and all sorts of attractions. It is in this place that elegant restaurants serving both superb regional cuisine as well as elaborate dishes are situated. One may also find here eating places, pubs, all kinds of shops, institutions and street stalls selling souvenirs and oscypki (a smoked cheese made of salted sheep milk). Krupówki Street begins at the foot of Gubałówka Hill, next to the lower station of Gubałówka hill funicular and it runs for over a kilometer southwards.

Gubałówka is one of the most popular and frequently visited places in Zakopane, from where you can enjoy a beautiful and crystal-clear panorama of the Tatra Mountains and Zakopane. You can reach the top of the hill by the funicular, the bottom station of which is 823 m above sea level, whereas the upper station is located at the altitude of 1122 m above sea level. The funicular can carry approximately 2,000 people per hour, taking 120 people at a time, the average travel time is about 3,5 minutes.

Wielka Krokiew - a ski jumping venue in Zakopane named after Stanisław Marusarz, built on the north slope of Krokiew (Rafter) Mountain in the Tatras. Officially opened on 22 March 1925, built in accordance with Charles Stryjeński design is the largest ski jump in Poland. Its current design point is located at 120 meters. The facility is popular with athletes because of its low accident rate and the relative ease of achieving good results. One of the top attractions both for kids and adults is the opened daily chairlift, that leads straight to the summit of the Wielka Krokiew ski jump.
