Half-Day Langkawi Rainforest Trekking Tour

Your day will begin with a pickup from your hotel in the morning. From here, proceed to the Langkawi Rainforest to begin your jungle hike with a naturalist as your guide. This trip is a moderate trek of about 3 hours into the tropical rainforest, which gives you the perfect opportunity to explore part of the natural landscape of Langkawi. As you hike under the canopy, your guide will point out an extensive variety of plants including towering, 230-foot-tall (70-meter) trees.

The Malaysian jungle is home to many species of flora and fauna and, if you are lucky, you might observe monkeys, birds, insects, or even a flying lemur, mouse deer, wild boar, or civet cat. With 40 species of snakes located on the island of Langkawi, it's probable your guide may spot one. Please note that sighting of wildlife is a challenge, due to the density of the tropical rainforest, and can not be guaranteed.

The 3.5-hour tour concludes with hotel drop-off.
