Do not expect anything that is written in the description. You WILL NOT see the Batu Caves. You WILL NOT go to the top of the Petronas Towers. This is ONLY a transfer service. Basically, a VERY expensive cab ride. Our "tour guide" knew nothing about what we were going to do or about anything at all! He just drove us to different places that were not consistent with this "tour". We eventually got so frustrated and angry with the experience, that we just wanted to go back to the hotel to try and save what time we had to actually enjoy the city. This is a scam. Nothing more. And it ruined what little time we had in Kuala Lumpur. Such a shame!
