- In case Awana SkyWay closes due to maintenance, the cable car services will begin at the Genting SkyWay Station, which is a 15 minute drive away from Awana Station
- The management is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or delay resulting from the use of this service
- Each standard gondola can seat up to 10 passengers (including children)
- Passengers with oversized luggage will be subject to a surcharge of MYR19 per piece
- Children with heights below 90cm can ride the cable car for free
- Most travelers can participate
