Kuala Selangor is a sleepy fishing village made popular by the Silvered Leaf Monkeys who live in clusters of 10. They always forage for food at Bukit Melawati and are adorable primates - not harmful. The infants are orange in color and after 3 months turn silver.

Dinner is Seafood fresh from the sea.

KUALA SELANGOR HAS THE LARGEST FIREFLIES COLONY IN THE WORLD.
Kuala Selangor being a fishing village also has fireflies, monkeys and migratory birds. Fireflies are lightning bugs that shines bright;y at nite to lure suitable partners. They come out at dusk for feeding, resting and mating. They make love daily. The synchronous flash is produced by a complex biochemical reaction in their light organs situated on their bottoms.
The boat ride into the nite is exhilarating as the boatman negotiates to see a dazzling display of lights as in a Christmas tree. A fascinating sight to behold and silence to prevail throughout.
