Stop At: Ipoh Railway Station, Jalan Panglima, Ipoh 30000 Malaysia
Pick-up is from the hotel in Kuala Lumpur city centre. Drive to Ipoh for approximately 2.5 hours. The first stop is one of Ipoh's most charming building, the Ipoh Railway Station. Then, continue to "Concubine Lane", where there are more than 20 two-storey houses, all of which are 100 years old. The two rows of ancient buildings retain the old appearance of the British colonial era, with their faded wood-framed window broken and the exterior walls full of Nanyang sentiments. There is a rich and varied choice of cuisine, and the alley is full of food carts and open-air hawkers’ stalls where you can taste the famous bean sprout chicken, white coffee, and Tau Fu Far. Visit Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Culture Village: a simple and isolated town where you can experience tranquility. Continue to Kek Lok Tong Cave Temple. Explore caves with centuries of history, temples built inside limestone caves, and a beautiful and serene Zen garden on the other side of the temple. The last stop, Kellie’s Castle, is a unique and beautiful old British building. Although its construction was never completed, it has a romantic story behind it. Return to the hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
