My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our hostess. She is a wonderful cook and encouraged us to participate in the preparation of the meal. We did go during a holiday so most of the market stalls were closed. The ones that were open were willing to let us learn about their products and take many photos. It was a very relaxing feeling just like going to a friends home for dinner. This is definitely recommended if want a true local home experience.
