Picked up an hour late after having to call the office. Rather than a private tour with a guide that we purchased we were just sent a taxi. Our full day tour lasted just 5 hours with items on our itinerary missed. Our driver tried his best to explain some things but definitely not a guided tour. The one saving grace was a good lunch provided. We have used Viator many times in the past and have been happy with the service but this time we were disappointed and underwhelmed.
This tour was good but not excellent. The tour didn’t include the towers so we were disappointed about that. The batu caves worth a look but there isn’t a lot of see really. The other sites are more photo opportunities from the outside, no entry included. Would recommend if you need to see KL quickl
Had a great time and appreciated that my guide was able to find the best places to take me where I'd never been.
My close friend flew down from Adelaide to spend time with me and since we did not have much time, I decided to book this private tour so we could cover seeing all areas of interest at our own pace. We were picked up by our tour guide Mr. Khaidir from our hotel lobby to begin with. Mr. Khaidir was the perfect guide you could ever ask for! As he took us from one location to another, he regaled us with the interesting stories and history behind each place visited, in his special narrative style which was full of fun and humor and kept us girls laughing and smiling all along as we enjoyed the sights of the city! Most importantly it was the month of Ramadan, Mr Khaidir was fasting and the weather was so hot and humid even for us, yet he remained his most warm, kind, generous, patient, giving and cheerful self throughout the day as he kept on doing his job of being an exceptionally wonderful guide !! It was a very fruitful day for us as we managed to see all the sights we intended to visit in Kuala lumpur in the most entertaining and informative way possible. Mostly we felt so because of our guide and the sights he was able cover for us and show in one single day, giving us enough time to take pictures and have fun without rushing us or making us feel the pressure of the time.
