Join us and enjoy a full day tour the mystical, warm and amazing Valley of Elqui. Many people assure that specifically the Cochiguaz valley is the new geo-magnetic center of the earth. Then a visit to a Pisco production plant allows us to adopt a general aproach to the Pisco making, before returning to road leading us to Vicuña, you will enjoy a Pisco tasting. Vicuña is the most important town in the valley and it´s also the hometown of our nobel prize poet Gabriela Mistral.
You wiil also see the Baüer tower (former town council and a current symbol), the main square and the church. Lunch in a typical restaurant, after having lunch we start descending the valley in order to visit the tomb of Gabriela Mistral and her childhood school-house. Return to La Serena accompanied by a spectacular sunset in the background.
