Our ride down Mount Foia was excellent! The bikes were in good condition and easy to ride. It was a warm, sunny day, with a group of 16. Paved route, with only a small section with cars. Felt very safe with Frank in the support vehicle and our lead cyclist very knowledgeable, friendly with a good sense of humour. Lots of water provided as the ride started mid day. Tasty lunch was provided. For a tip, I wish I had brought a breathable, long sleeve coverup as the sun was strong on this fair skinned Canadian.
