The arrangement of the A Chapel Wedding Company for the wedding was horrible. We arrived the helicopter company around 2 hours before the departure as advised by the wedding company. However, no one from the company was there when we arrived. We have no idea what the procedure will be as no one from the wedding company had told us so we just sit and wait until we both fell asleep in the couch. At around 6:45pm which is 45 mins before departure, a lady holding the bouquet arrived and disappeared after telling us the minister and photographer will soon arrive. After that, there's another long wait until the minister and photographer arrived just 5 minutes before the departure and lead us for the rest of the ceremony. The arrangement of the wedding was a disaster, not to mention their poorly arranged make up and hair service which I additionally purchased from them 3 or 4 days before the wedding day. Don't book through viator.com as their service provider is terrible. Service of viator is fine but the service provider is strongly unrecommended.
