Our chocolate kitchen is on our farm, we’ll be here amongst the cacao and spice trees we use in the production of our chocolate.

Coffee and/or Tea - We’ll make a traditional Central American chocolate drink. Coffee and water will also be available.
Snacks - We’ll be making two types of chocolate, a traditional style truffle or chocolate ball and a temperered bar. You’ll be sampling chocolate in every form throughout the workshop.
