About this activity

You will be introduced to the concept "Bubbles and Initiation": playful, educational and practical moment that gives particular attention to the evolution of our wines.

You will participate in the production of our sparkling wines in our riddling workshop and tastings at the birth of our wines until their marketing. You will then taste and enjoy different sort of wines and our best Limoux AOC Blanquettes and Cremants, the oldest wines in the world.
