Be a Winemaker for a day

This wine experience aims to provide an afternoon in one of the main producers of the region of Evora, as well as excellent gastronomic moments.
From Lisbon, we go to the ancient city of Evora.
We will make a brief visit here, or as an option to Monsaraz, a medieval town walled.
We then proceed to the cellar. As an introduction, is made visit to the winery, followed by a practical session and elaboration of lots of wines with proof and explanation about the grape varieties and wines.
Each participant can give wings to your creativity, and according to your taste, elaborate your unique and special lot of wine.
After the creation of personalized batches, a quantity of 1.5 liters (2 bottles) is followed by a sample of several Ervideira wines, among whites, roses and reds, accompanied by tasting of regional products.
At the end of the program, each participant will have a bottle of the batch made so that you can taste it where and with whom you want to share your experience.

NOTE: Experience subject to the availability of wines in production, so it may not be available at some times of the year.
The visit in the cellar and experience takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
