The tour starts with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Lisbon and transfer to the 5-star Convento do Espinheiro in Évora. Get set up with the right kind of bike and begin a private tour around the city on bike, stopping to see the city on foot as desired. Possible stops include the Almendres Cromelech, Arraiolos, and along the trails of the Aqueduct.

Stop for lunch in the beautiful Convento do Espinheiro and enjoy a typical Alentejo meal. See the National Monument or relax at the site’s spa and pools. Spend the afternoon wandering around Évora, checking out the UNESCO World Heritage sites and local wine cellars.

Additional options for the tour include a wine tasting tour at the Cartuxa wine cellars and overnighting at the luxurious Convento do Espinheiro. At the end of the day your guide will drop you off at your hotel in Lisbon.
