From Lisbon: Fátima and Coimbra to Porto

After pick-up from your Lisbon hotel, head to Fátima. Visit the Basilica, the Church of the Holy Trinity, the Chapel of Apparitions and the sanctuary of Our Lady Fátima, which is one of the biggest Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world.

After Fátima, head to Coimbra, the city of students, with the oldest university in the country (12th century), and one of the oldest in the world. Enjoy visiting the Baroque library with a collection of over 300,000 books and some of the rarest manuscripts from all over the country. A downtown tavern will be suggested for lunch where you can find some of the most delicious snacks in the city.

See the Romanesque architecture of the old cathedral. Across the river, visit the Convent of Santa Clara and the Quinta das Lágrimas, a place that witnessed the love of King Pedro and his beloved D.Inês.

Depart Coimbra to Porto to get dropped off at your hotel.
