About this activity
In this half-day tour we will discover the most beautiful tiles in Lisbon city center and learn everything about this portuguese art. We will visit Bordalo Pinheiro gardens, one of the most iconic figures of the 19th century portuguese Culture, famous for his humoristic drawing and ceramic creation. We will end our tour at the National Tile Museum, very important for its unique Azulejo (tile) collection and for the building where it is located - the ancient Convent of Madre de Deus founded in 1509 by Queen D. Leonor. Pick-up and drop-off will be at your hotel, so that you can relax while enjoying the city and its beautiful buildings covered in tiles.
