Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Parque Eduardo VII, Av. Sidonio Pais, Lisbon 1070-051 Portugal

Named after Britain's Edward VII, who visited the city in 1903 to reaffirm the Anglo-Portuguese alliance, this is the largest park in central Lisbon.

With neatly clipped box hedging flanked by mosaic patterned walkways, it stretches uphill from Marquês de Pombal Square to a belvedere at the top with fine views.

The big attractions within the park are the two estufas, the hothouse (with the more exotic plants) and the greenhouse ("Estufa Fria") filled with tropical plants, ponds, and endless varieties of palms and cacti.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara, Rua de Sao Pedro de Alcantara Bairro Alto, Lisbon 1250-237 Portugal

Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcantara is a garden with a panoramic view across the city to St. George's Castle and central Lisbon. A map made of tiles marks all the distinctive buildings, and the lower geometric garden contains busts of heroes and gods from Greco-Roman mythology, such as Minerva and Ulysses.

Next to the garden is the Gloria Elevator, a funicular that has been taking passengers up and down the hill between the center of the city (Restauradores Square) and Bairro Alto since 1885.

Across the street is the "Solar do Vinho do Porto" (Port Wine Institute), an 18th-century building where you can sample more than 300 different Ports, including some of the rarer vintages that date as far as 1937. You can order by the glass or bottle, and can drink at the bar or in comfortable armchairs in the sitting room.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Rua de Santa Catarina, Lisbon Portugal

For decades, it was here that many people stood to watch the ships go by. Today it attracts young people of different tribes, who get together on the terrace of a kiosk or sit on steps added during a renovation of the space in 2013. The atmosphere is always relaxed, with the smell of beer and weed in the air. That's often accompanied by the soundtrack of street musicians, who add to the chilled-out atmosphere, especially at sunset, when tourists join the locals.

Everyone is looked over by Adamastor, the mythical giant of epic poet Luís de Camões' "The Lusiads," which is sculpted on a rock looking out to the Tagus. For this reason, the terrace is also known as "Miradouro do Adamastor."

Several cafés and restaurants in the surroundings serve meals throughout the day.
