Itinerary

I will pick you up from Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais city center and show you the beach with the best conditions for your level.

You will get a wetsuit and a surfboard, and we will get suited up for the activity.

From beginners to advanced, one day or intensive surf courses. I will help you all the way, showing and explaining everything you need to know. Learn surf techniques, beach analysis, safety procedures, and enjoy a clean energy activity, immersed in the ocean.

We will start with the warm up, and then go straight to theory on the sand, but it won't be long until you hit the water. I will not give a speech on the sand, just short and quick tips

If you are experienced in surfing, please let me know what type of board do you prefer, and what is your level, or else I will consider you a beginner.

We will surf around 2h, depending on the conditions and your stamina.

There will be a photographer with us in the water, to catch the best momento of your surf experience.

At the end we can enjoy a beer at the local beach bar, and hang out with us, surrounded by a Surfing atmosphere.

Afterwards we will drive back to the city, and finish where we started.
