Not really worth the money, Ptuj was nice, love the stories about the town and their traditions. Went to a nice restaurant for lunch, the food was very good. The rest of the trip was a waste. The wine tasting and Maribor was a complete waste of time. The tour company took a van full of people with out a microphone we had to sit in the very back of the van and were not able to hear anything at all when the tour person talked. Complete waste of our time and money.
Usually, I wouldn't even bother rating stuff. But, our trip with Roundabout was really brilliant! We feel that we really did get the best out of this trip. Our tour guide- Spela, was very kind to us. She's very knowledgeable and passionate about her own country, and managed to entertain us throughout our whole journey at the same time. And she's very flexible with our schedule! Maribor and Ptuj are little towns with unparalleled history of their own. The wine road in Jeruzalem was simply beautiful. As student backpackers, we still managed to savour a glass of young wine and the lovely scenery along with the rich history. Definitely recommend this tour for those who just wants a chill/ relaxing day out :
