The Churchill War Rooms Exhibition was exceptional, once you finally make it! Encore, the contact company are not clear enough with their organisation. This is our second booking let down with their communication. Your receipt is not your entry, you need to re email and request the actual entry confirmation, then this is still exchanged at the War Rooms for the actual ticket! The booking also promises access to 24 hr hop on hop off clipper service on the Thames. When your email conformation arrives for the War Rooms, How is this exchanged? Where? By when? Same disaster as trying to do a Dinner and Live show! Very disappointed with the organisation. Advice: Pre purchase and go to the War Rooms via another agency!
