My first visit to London....58 ur old female traveling solo....did bike tour first day and was the best way to get a nice 4 hour tour of the city...the bike ride/tour was well done and I highly recommend it to all first time visitors
I loved the bike tour! I learned a lot of london history and enjoyed the park. It was well worth the time.
The bikes were comfy. Fine with just 3 gears as the route was flat. Nice way to avoid all the traffic. Quick stop for lunch at Trafalgar Square. Are at the cafe in the crypt under st martins church.
Tour was first class. Bikes were good quality. Helmets available. Most of the route off road. Pace was fine for all levels. Guide, Ashley, was excellent. Commentary was spot on- not too much but was happy to expand if required- and was funny. It was a hot day and it was appreciated how he offered water and sun tan cream. Would highly recommend this tour to both new visitors and to people like me who have been to London on numerous occasions. Fat Tire company are very professional
Our family really enjoyed this tour. Would book a tour like this again. It is a great way to see the parks and other areas up close in a short amount of time. There were fairly small groups, and the tour wasn't too fast.
Took this on my twelfth visit to London (yes, I said 12th) because it was the first visit for my daughter. We both had a fantastic time! The bicycles were in good condition, and the pace of the tour was quick enough to keep us interested but slow enough that we had some perfect photo ops! I learned more about the city in the 3 hours than I had in my previous visits. Ashley was our guide and he was excellent! I heard the other guide, Fran, was great, too. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! I highly recommend this or any other Fat Tire tour (I’ve taken one in Paris, as well!)
The staff at Fat Tire Tours was great! They were very professional and were conscientious about our safety on our bike tour. Our guide, Daniel, was outstanding! He was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about everywhere we went. I highly recommend this tour!
terrific bike ride that was safely out of the traffic.. My grandson and I both really enjoyed it..thanks
Fran was an awesome tour guide! Despite our large group, she managed to keep us in line. I give the tour and Fran a 5 star review. However, I have 2 comments...I think our group of 18 was too large. And our group of 8 was hoping to see the Lady Di memorial fountain. Was disappointed we rode right by. Maybe with a smaller group we could've covered more ground? Just a thought.
Absolutely the best way to see all the important places and get some exercise in the meantime. Biking was super laid back and easy. My 11 year old and I did it. Definitely a great couple hours spent !
it was ok , the weather was very hot, will highly recommend to take the afternoon tour.
Great experience and very informative! my son loves this trip! the parks are beautiful and our guide is so humorous and gives us very interesting information other than history....will highly recommend friends to join!
Despite the rain, we had a great time! Our guide was very British which made the explanations of sites even more interesting and fun!
It was great seeing the London's parks on a bike. We were able to see many things much more quickly and the guides were great.
