This is not your typical ice cream shop. From David and Victoria Beckham to Chrissy Teigen, Cold Rolled Ice Cream Company, located in the heart of West Hollywood, has served thousands of customers with our unique method. Our staff will teach you to beautifully craft ice cream that’s made to your liking – we have over 20 ice cream base flavors (dairy and non-dairy options) to choose from that can be mixed with more than 50 topping choices including a rotation of seasonal monthly flavors and ingredients.

The Experience

To match your specifications and ensure that your visit is special, we provide a full service staff, our ice cream machines, and a curated menu to your choosing of our organic bases and toppings. Prepared on a -15° F stainless-steel plate where the ice cream is formed right in front of your eyes through a skilled aeration process utilizing specialized tools, organic ingredients – and a little muscle, we will teach you the technique and skill to masterfully create your custom treat.
