After pickup from central Lucerne (Frankenstrasse) by coach, sit back and relax as your guide takes you on a narrated drive through the Bernese Oberland portion of Jungfrau, one of Switzerland's most attractive Alpine regions.

When you arrive in Interlaken or Grindelwald (depending on option selected), your guide will give you detailed written information about the sights, attractions and activities available in the town of your choice. Spend the rest of the day as you wish.

Enjoy local Swiss cuisine at a cozy ski lodge or enjoy a gourmet meal at an upscale restaurant — each town offers a range of restaurants and bars to spend your evening.

Day 2: Day 2: Interlaken or Grindelwald — Jungfraujoch — Lucerne

Start your day with a buffet breakfast at your hotel. Then it’s time for the star attraction of your tour: the Top of Europe. Hop in the coach for a scenic drive through the Jungfrau region to Grindelwald, and then switch over to the cogwheel train and ride up the mountains via the Kleine Schneidegg mountain pass (if you selected Grindelwald option meet your guide and board directly on the cogwheel train).
Stop At: Jungfraujoch, Jungfraujoch, Canton of Valais, Swiss Alps
Arriving at Jungfraujoch, you’re officially at the highest railway station in Europe! Known as the Top of Europe, this high-Alpine wonderland of snow-capped peaks is truly an amazing sight. Soak up panoramic views from the Sphinx Observation Terrace overlooking Aletsch Glacier, Europe's longest glacier, and take a walk through the tunnels of the Ice Palace, carved out of a real glacier.
There are restaurants available if you’d like to purchase lunch. After your free time at the Top of Europe, meet your guide for the train ride down the mountains to Lauterbrunnen, where you’ll then board the coach for the drive back to Lucerne.

Extremely well organized. We chose the Grindelwald destination The hotel selected was perfect. Beautiful large rooms with breathtaking views. Grindelwald is a beautiful town. We chose to trotti bike . It was great fun. The tour guide for the trip up to Junfraujoch was very knowledgeable . There was sufficient time allowed to explore on our own. There were 4 in our group, including our adult children. A wonderful trip that all can enjoy . We are hoping to go back. This was our second trip with Viator I highly recommend this tour group and this particular excursion. We would, however , have wanted to stay in Grindelwald a few more days. One night was not enough in this beautiful town
