With 6 wines and a delicious charcuterie and cheese board, we will learn all about food and wine pairing. All wines and products are local, from the amazing regional wines to the delicious charcuterie, cheese, and more. This is a lunch workshop, so arrive hungry! If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact me 24 hours in advance.
There is only one of me, so if your preferred experience isn't available, check my website to see if I'm doing a different one that day. They're all awesome.

My husband and I were unsure if this was an experience that would be worthwhile given that we have a pretty decent knowledge in wine already but this experience went wayyyyyy beyond just wine and food. Not only was the location TO DIE FOR (in her gorgeous apartment), Caroline was so knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and simply amazing. She offered tons of wine, tons of food with no hesitation to spoil all of us with her time and her lavish cheese/food boards. Ask any question and she knows all the answers. On our two week trip loaded with tours, tastings, this easily topped the list. Thanks Caroline for the experience...we will be back :))) Book it, you'll love it.
She did an amazing job at teaching while tasting of local wines, cheeses, and meats. It was a huge help when going out to restaurants. The pairing was done at her apartment, which after the experience, i thought was wonderful. Her place is in the silk manufacturing district of Lyon , which has history. I have a lot of California wine experience, but she gave a lot of helpful explanations of how French wine industry works, which was great to know, especially before going to restaurants. She made us feel so welcome and i cannot say enough about her, what a wonderful person she was.
