Senado Square (Largo do Senado) is a public square in Macau. It is located in the central area of the Macau Peninsula. In 2005 it was inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List as it forms part of the Historic Centre of Macau.

Situated on the peak of Guia Hill – the highest point of Macao Peninsular, Guia Fortress, Chapel and Lighthouse affords sweeping views of the entire Macao Peninsula. With a trapezoidal plan occupying an area of around 800 square metres, Guia Fortress rises about 6 metres high with its façade primarily constructed with granite. The parapet is not equipped with battlements. The courtyard wall where cannons were installed, is relatively low.

The pastel-coloured villas (c 1921) here were the summer residences of wealthy Macanese. There's a large and attractively landscaped lotus pond out front, with the towering casinos of Cotai in the distance, that art students like to sketch.

Macau Tower is located in Macau, a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Macau was a Portuguese colony until 1999. Construction on the tower started in 1998, after a visit by Macau businessman Dr. Stanley Ho Hung-Sun to the Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand. He was so impressed with the Sky Tower, he decided he’d like to build one like it in Macau!
