Arrived at pickup point 35 mins early. No one arrived. Enlisted help from local cafe owner. She received text stating we had missed connection as they’d picked up elsewhere. We had not been specifically informed of the change of plan. Neither did we receive the phone call they informed us they had made and no evidence of any missed call. Your had been booked some months previously as birthday present..
