About this activity
The Axarquia one of the most mountainous regions in Spain and belongs to the province of Malaga. Just 15 minutes from the center of Malaga starts the Axarquia. It is the only region in Europe where subtropical fruits grow. At the tour you will see the panoramic country side of the Axarquia with vineyards, olive trees and almond trees.The starting time is flexible. We will do a short break at Comares, the balcony of the Axarquia. A drink is included in the tour price. The tour starts and ends in Malaga. A pick-up service from the port is in the price included

From beginning to end this was a fabulous tour. We were picked up and taken to the mountains outside of Malaga to meet our host. The buggy was ready and waiting for our arrival. After a short safety talk we were off and running. It took a short ride to get use to driving the vehicle, but then it was all pleasure. The views of the mountains and valleys were breathtaking. Driving up and down these often steep paved and unpaved roads between the olive, almond and mango trees were like no other drive I ever have taken. We stopped at a mountain top town to see the views and shared a beverage before continuing our drive. The rest of the drive was just as good. Afterwards we had an extremely good lunch in a local restaurant with our host. This was a great day. Don't miss this if you want something out of the ordinary in a beautiful part of Spain.
