The setting is good. The food was good. The show was rubbish. We were expecting acrobats folk dancing etc. All we got wes a horse charge with gunshots in a. .dimly lit area plus a belly dancer we couldn t see because lighting was so poor
Well it was a damp evening in November but we were seriously unimpressed with this trip - having had two amazing meals in Marrakech restaurants the two previous evenings the food here was bland and just not very good - I doubt the lamb ravine had been cooked in a ravine at all and the chicken and cous cups was very uninspiring . Having said that there was plenty of it . Being serenaded whilst eating by a succession of tribes all after extra tips was annoying to say the least - as we'd paid for the meal and show we didn't expect to have to pay extra apart from drinks. The place has been built well and looks the part. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful but the whole thing felt like a factory production line . The show was very poor consisting of some minor acrobatics and horsemen galloping from one end to the other then firing their guns - the lone belly dancer appeared on a floating stage ? A ditto train underneath? and could hardly be seen , the flying carpet went from one tower to another and that was it ! If you had young children they would probably be mesmerised by it all but this is not a show for adults. I was sorry weed booked it and wished we'd spent the money on a decent meal with entertainment in Marrakech instead. Not recommended !
