Firstly, due to a mistake on my part, we turned up on Friday rather than Thursday for our 1 hour cooking class. Usually I'd expect to be told there's nothing they could do and I would think that's fair. However they managed to get us a place on the course that day at no extra charge. The facilities were superb and spotless. Our translator was lovely and the chef was very professional. I don't really cook so I was worried about being left behind but they took us through step by step. I was with my girlfriend who also enjoyed it. Had I known how good the class was I would have booked the 3 hour option. To top it off, you are then taken to the rooftop where you are served your very own meal you made. We ordered two glasses of white Moroccan wine for around £5 each and it was simply brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Can even go for a drink in the 5* hotel after too.
This was a great experience. The class was not only interesting but a lot of fun. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and what we made delicious
