On this traditional and local restaurant at the countryside of the city, we´ll have the most famouse empanadas of all Medellín, fresh and full of flavors. You can´t leave Medellín without trying this empanada.

Close to this little town, there is a place called Bolombolo, at 450 meters above sea level, so it´s pretty hot and humid, we´ll have here a pitstop and try the most famouse cheese breads of the region, fresh and out of the oven.

We´ll have a real and unique Colombian experience, we´ll get a traditional Willys Jeep to drive us to the Waterfall going through old paths, giant mountains, cristal clear rivers, coffee farms, horses and cattle and all of this surrounded by the most incredible landscapes your eyes can observe, is an unforgettable experience.

One of the traditional things when we visit Jardin, is going to the trout farms, there´s a bunch of farmers that use the same rivers that come down the mountain to grow their own trout, fresh and delicious like no other, we´ll visit the best on of all Jardin and have an amazing lunch accompanied by beautiful lanscapes and amazing lush Nature.

In a little coffee farm at the countryside of Jardin, directly from a farmer we´ll experience and learn all of the process of coffee, the diferent stages that a coffee cherry goes through to become a cup of coffee, picking, depulping, fermenting, drying, treshing and roasting, you´ll get to see the crazy hard work behind a simple cup of coffee and the best of all is that we´ll get to pick, roast and drink our own coffee!! something that you will definitely never forget.
